Patrick litigates traumatic brain injuries and other complex personal injury claims as a member of the traumatic brain injury, commercial transportation, and aviation teams. Patrick joined PRWK in 2021 as a law clerk while obtaining his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

In Patrick’s cases, he manages extensive discovery issues, performs legal and medical research, drafts complex motions, including pre-answer motions to dismiss, discovery motions, summary judgment motions, and motions to exclude expert opinions. Patrick also consults on brain injury claims, where he extensively analyzes medical records and other materials to formulate case strategy.
