On September 7, 2016, MRJ attorneys Brandon Woodard and Greg Kendall were invited to speak before the Cincinnati Bar Association about brain injury litigation. After discussing why brain injury claims are different from other types of personal injuries, Woodard and Kendall provided a primer on the role of neuropsychological testing and neuroimaging in proving brain injuries in the courtroom.
