NABIS Annual Brain Injury Conference

The North American Brain Injury Society (NABIS), the largest interdisciplinary group devoted to brain injuries, invited the MRJ Brain Injury Team to speak at its April conference: the 28th annual conference on legal issues in traumatic brain injury. NABIS consists of medical providers, researchers, attorneys, and other professionals interested in the medical and legal issues surrounding brain injury. More than 400 professionals attended. The Brain Injury Team presented on our approach to evaluating and trying brain injury cases.

The Brain Injury Team annually attends the NABIS conference to stay updated on the latest research in brain injury medicine, as well as to learn from the world’s leading experts in the fields of neuroimaging, neuropsychology, and psychiatry. As The Brain Injury Team incorporates this year’s lessons into practice, we look forward to attending next year’s conference in Tampa, Florida.
